We start with a one hour consultation to discuss your health history, current diet, lifestyle habits, and specific health concerns.

Based on our discussion, I will create a customised nutrition plan tailored to your needs. This may include dietary recommendations, supplement plans, and lifestyle changes or testing.

Ongoing Support

Throughout the program, you'll receive regular check-ins, diet diary reviews, and continuous support to help you stay on track and make adjustments as needed.

Functional Testing

If necessary, functional testing (such as stool testing, food sensitivity testing, vitamin D levels, hormone testing and genetic testing) may be recommended to further inform your personalised plan.

Athletes juggle a lot: tough training schedules, competitions, work or study pressures, and often family commitments on top. Eating well can easily fall down the list — especially when appetite, time, and energy fluctuate throughout a training cycle.


As someone who has completed numerous triathlons including half-Ironmans, swum competitively (albeit at a modest level!), and run many half-marathons, I understand first-hand the challenge of fuelling properly around early-morning swims, long runs, brick sessions, and busy everyday life. By examining specific gene variants, nutrigenomic testing can reveal how your body processes nutrients, where you may have increased needs, and how dietary and lifestyle changes can support optimal health. As a certified Lifecode Gx® Nutrigenomics Practitioner, I offer DNA testing panels that provide clear, actionable insights—helping you tailor your food, supplements, and habits to reduce health risks, support energy, digestion, mental wellbeing, ageing, and more. It’s a one-time investment in your long-term health.

Reflux


As a qualified Reflux Practitioner, I take a personalised, whole-body approach to helping clients manage acid reflux and wider digestive issues. I understand how stress, diet, and lifestyle factors can contribute to symptoms, and I use evidence-based nutritional therapy to support long-term relief. While PPIs can play an important role, they aren’t always a long-term solution. Where their use is essential, I can help you reduce side effects and nutritional deficiencies. If a reduction is appropriate, in line with NICE guidelines, I can work collaboratively with your doctor to support the withdrawal process and manage rebound symptoms. My goal is to help you get to the root cause and feel better – with in-person and online options available.
