I went on to study Nutritional Therapy with CNELM (accredited by Middlesex University) and offer clients the opportunity to explore the deeper drivers of their symptoms — from gut health and hormones to blood sugar balance and inflammation. I also use functional testing to bring clarity and precision to each health journey.

In parallel, I’m trained in Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques, as well as Yoga and Pilates instruction. Over the years, I’ve supported clients with issues such as asthma, anxiety, long COVID, fatigue, digestive complaints, and poor sleep — as well as athletes looking to optimise performance and recovery.

As a mum of three active teenagers and an endurance sports enthusiast, I understand how tricky it can be to prioritise your health in a busy life. That’s why I focus on practical, science-backed strategies that are realistic, effective, and sustainable.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting children, families, and schools to build lifelong foundations of good health — combining food, breath, movement, and mindset.
